Brianna Hodges, Education Consultant and Future Ready Adviser, will engage instructional coaches along with school/district administration in a full day workshop focused on developing a culture of coaching fueled with innovation and intentional purpose. This collaborative professional learning experience will provide coaches and administrators time to further their partnerships with the objective of broadening communication between coaches, teacher leaders, and their administrative teams. Teams will leave with a better understanding of how to support a positive and effective culture of coaching. This highly engaging day is designed to meet the needs of all teams, including those in the beginning stages of developing a coaching model as well as districts with experienced coaches. This NEW workshop will be instrumental for schools/districts looking to take coaching to the next level!
